Shipping Conditions
We use Deutsche Post / DHL as our logistics partner.
For orders to Germany and Switzerland, please refer to our local website: https://wanart.eu
Unless otherwise mentioned on specific product page, we have the following shipping rates:
- Orders within EU: 5,90 USD // free shipping for orders above 50 USD
- Orders outside EU: 7,90 USD // free shipping for orders above 50 USD
Delivery Time
If there is no other special conditions mentioned for a specific product on the individual product page, the delivery takes:
- Orders within EU: 2 - 7 business days
- Orders outside EU: 3 - 12 business days
after the order is submitted.
Please note that orders submitted during weekend or on holidays would be processed on the following business day only.
We do not ship on Sundays and official holidays.
DUTIES / IMPORT SALES TAXES
We ship from Germany, so there are no customs duties or other taxes for all orders within the EU.
For orders that are sent outside of Germany (EU countries), import taxes, customs duties and fees may apply in the destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, duties and fees that are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
Additional fees for customs clearance must be met by the recipient; we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict how high they might be.
